Online store regulations
The regulations on the basis of which the sale and purchase of goods will be carried out, which are presented in the «Products Catalog» of the online store «Adverso».
1 General Provisions
1.1 The rules for the sale of goods in the online store (hereinafter referred to as the «Rules») determine the procedure for the sale and purchase of goods through the online store.
1.2 Each Party guarantees to the other Party that it has the necessary legal and legal capacity, as well as all the rights and powers necessary and sufficient for the conclusion and execution of the contract of sale.
1.3 By ordering the Goods through the online store, the Buyer agrees to the Rules set out below.
1.4 The relationship of the Parties is governed by the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine «On Protection of Consumer Rights», the Rules for the sale of goods to order and outside of trade or office premises and other legislative acts in force at the time of the transaction between the Parties.
1.5 The Seller reserves the right to make changes to these Rules, in this connection, the Buyer undertakes to regularly monitor changes in the Rules posted on the website of the online store.
1.6 The current version of the Rules is posted on the website of the online store.
2 Product catalog
2.1 The assortment of goods that is available for sale through the website or under the order presented in the product catalog. The catalog contains information related to this nomenclature unit, namely: image (if any), name, manufacturer, article, product price, etc.
2.2 The catalog is periodically updated, inaccuracies are possible and technical errors are eliminated as they are discovered. Changes and amendments can be made both to the product catalog and to any other section of this site.
2.3 All information materials presented in the online store are for reference purposes only and cannot fully convey reliable information about the appearance, properties and characteristics of the goods.
3 Registration in the online store
3.1 Only registered Buyers can place an order in the online store.
3.2 The Seller is not responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information provided by the Buyer during registration.
3.3 The buyer who registers in the online store receives individual identification by providing a username and password. Individual identification of the Buyer allows you to avoid unauthorized actions of third parties on behalf of the Buyer and opens access to additional services. The transfer by the Buyer of the login and password to third parties is prohibited, the Buyer is solely responsible for all possible negative consequences in the event of transfer of the login and password to third parties.
3.4 The seller confirms that all personal data received from registered buyers will not be disclosed to third parties.
4.1 When placing an Order via the Internet, the Buyer fills out an electronic order form on the website and sends it to the Seller via the Internet.
4.2 It is possible to place an order for a product on the website around the clock, 7 days a week.
4.3 Order processing is carried out from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00.
4.4 After receiving the Order, the Manager coordinates the Order data with the Buyer by phone, including the date and place of issue of the goods.
4.5 Questions regarding the properties and characteristics of the Goods are discussed between the Buyer and the Manager by phone before placing the Order.
4.6 If, when placing an order, the contact phone number was specified incorrectly or the Seller cannot contact the Buyer by the specified phone number, such an order will not be processed.
5 Receipt and payment of goods
5.1 Delivery of the ordered goods is carried out in accordance with the agreement with the buyer.
5.2 The goods are paid to the buyer on the spot upon receipt or an advance payment is made in the amount of 100% of the order amount.
5.3 Payment is made to a bank account according to the details.
6 Force majeure
6.1 The seller is released from liability for partial or complete failure to fulfill obligations under the contract if this failure was the result of force majeure circumstances (fire, flood, earthquake, military action, actions and regulatory instructions of state bodies), which are binding on the online store that arose after conclusion of a contract, provided that these circumstances directly affected the performance of the store's obligations.
