Grape seed oil (cold pressed)

- For women: due to the presence of phytoestrogens in the oil, which have a similar structure to female sex hormones, it stimulates collagen synthesis, slows down aging, and facilitates the effects of menopause during PMS. It is a good prevention of hormonal and inflammatory diseases of the genital organs. For nursing mothers: improves lactation, milk quality and taste.

- For men: ability to increase potency, normalise spermatogenesis and erection. Helps prevent many diseases of the male genital organs.

Due to its pleasant nutty aroma, grape seed oil is often used in cooking to emphasise the flavour of fish, meat and vegetable dishes. Homemade sauces, marinades and salad dressings will get an unusual flavour. For the treatment and prevention of many diseases, take 1 tbsp. l. per day before meals for two weeks. Then take a break for two weeks and repeat the course. The dose can be increased to 20 ml, but only on the advice of a doctor. It is recommended to drink with fruit juice if the taste of the oil is not perceived.
